Pepsi & Plan B in Caracas: capturing the energy of a brand night.

Pepsi and Plan B teamed up for an activation in Caracas: music, food, brand and a huge crowd. My job was to capture that energy and turn it into a piece that brings it back to life. Here's how I did it.

The challenge: capturing a night that won't repeat

An event happens only once. There are no second takes or full control of the light: you have to be in the right place at the right moment. The challenge was to convey the real energy of the activation —the people, the brand, the atmosphere— without it feeling like a cold corporate video.

The approach: brand + real people

I looked for the balance between the brand moments —the product, the installation, the logo— and the human ones: faces, reactions, people enjoying themselves. That mix is what makes an activation feel alive and makes the viewer wish they'd been there.

Camera, edit and color

I shot on the move, close to the action, to take the viewer inside the event. In the edit I built an energetic rhythm to the pulse of the night, and in the color I reinforced the brand identity: Pepsi's blues vivid and full-bodied, without losing the skin tones or the real atmosphere.

The result

A piece that sums up the activation and conveys its energy in seconds: perfect for social and to show the brand's reach.
